Explore the true African wilderness that lies in the rugged, semi-arid valleys of Kidepo valley national park. It is in Uganda’s second largest and most remote park, but the stunning beauty of this faultless wilderness is very impressing. The park has diverse wildlife and different bird species about 475 species making it a suitable destination for birding. Also putting in mind the unique culture of the host community of the Karamajong with their architecture of “Manyatta” not forgetting that you will also track the Rhinos one of the big five animals and also on this 4 days Safari you will be able to visit the beautiful Aruu falls.
Our driver/ guide will pick you from your meeting point in Kampala and drive you to northern Uganda with an enroute activity which is Rhino tracking and have an encounter with the Rhinoceros. You will have lunch before embarking on your journey and arriving in Gulu city in the evening where you will check in your hotel for relaxation. Dinner and overnight at the hotel

Rising to the sounds of mother nature, you will have an early morning breakfast and setoff for a morning game drive in the Narus valley, as the park’s wildlife can be seen here almost all year round. Here you have the opportunity to see animals up close such as the Elephants, Antelopes, buffaloes ,Giraffes, Lions, cheetahs and leopards as well. Return to the lodge for lunch and relax before heading out for your afternoon activity.
Later in the evening, you will have a guided walk in Karenga and visit the Karamajong homestead settings famously known as the Manyattas. You will be invited in the cultural performances and you will be able to take part as you jump as high as you can to the beat of the songs brfore heading back to your accommodation for dinner and overnight. This will undoubtedly be the highlight of the day.

Your wildlife safaris in Kidepo valley national park starts with an early morning breakfast then drive back to Kampala city as we mark an end towards our 4 days tour to Kidepo valley national park. You will drive through the park as you do a game drive, giving you chance to see Elephants, Buffaloes and different kinds of antelopes as you make your exit through the Katarum gate. You will make a brief stopover at Katarum Kopje a site of the derelict lodge built in the rock but currently under renovation to have a bird eye view of the park. You will then transfer to Kampala with an en-route lunch break in Gulu town.
