Discover Sipi Booking Policy

At Discover Sipi, we want to make your booking as simple and stress-free as possible. Please take a moment to read our booking terms:

Booking & Payment

  • A deposit of 30–50% is required to confirm your booking.
  • The balance must be paid before the start of your trip.
  • Payments can be made by mobile money, bank transfer, or credit/debit card.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • 30+ days before trip: Full refund (minus transaction fees).
  • 10–20 days before trip: 50% refund.
  • 7–14 days before trip: 25% refund.
  • Less than 7 days / no-show: No refund.

Some special offers and third-party services may follow different rules.

Changes to Bookings

  • Changes (dates, number of guests, or package type) must be requested as early as possible.
  • Changes depend on availability and may come with extra charges.

No-Shows & Early Departures

  • Missed trips or early departures are non-refundable.

Travel Insurance

We recommend that all guests have travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical needs, or lost items.
