At Discover Sipi, we want to make your booking as simple and stress-free as possible. Please take a moment to read our booking terms:
Booking & Payment
- A deposit of 30–50% is required to confirm your booking.
- The balance must be paid before the start of your trip.
- Payments can be made by mobile money, bank transfer, or credit/debit card.
Cancellations & Refunds
- 30+ days before trip: Full refund (minus transaction fees).
- 10–20 days before trip: 50% refund.
- 7–14 days before trip: 25% refund.
- Less than 7 days / no-show: No refund.
Some special offers and third-party services may follow different rules.
Changes to Bookings
- Changes (dates, number of guests, or package type) must be requested as early as possible.
- Changes depend on availability and may come with extra charges.
No-Shows & Early Departures
- Missed trips or early departures are non-refundable.
Travel Insurance
We recommend that all guests have travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical needs, or lost items.
Our Commitment
We promise to deliver your booked services as described. However, in rare cases where events beyond our control occur (like weather or emergencies), we may adjust your itinerary for safety and service quality.
